This abandoned shopping center was donated to the adjacent church that was deeply in need of classroom space to serve their expanding youth and children’s programs. The new entry facing the existing church opened to a shared lobby serving the two primary programs. The youth program featured industrial scaffolding that could be rearranged to serve changing needs and a faceted ceiling to reflect light in all directions during performances. A Welcome Kiosk invited the children through a Castle built by church talent.
