In conjunction with WM Jordan, the 50,000-square-foot office facility and 120,000-square-foot manufacturing plant were delivered to Lucas Control Systems in a little over one year. The manufacturing plant arrived just 11 months after notice to begin design was issued from the owner. Close cooperation between the City of Hampton, WM Jordan and the design team allowed construction to begin within one month from notification by the owner to begin.
